How much does the WhatsApp Business API cost in Israel? +

Two parts. Meta charges per delivered message to a +972 number: $0.0353 (about ₪0.11) for marketing and $0.0053 (about ₪0.016) for utility, authentication and service, with 1,000 free service messages per number each month. On top of that you pay your platform — on QuickWA from $5/month, with no QuickWA markup on Meta's fees.

Is QuickWA an official Meta provider? +

QuickWA runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and connects your number through Meta's embedded signup. You own your WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta invoices you directly for messages at its published rates.

Can I keep my existing Israeli WhatsApp number? +

Yes. Any +972 mobile or landline that can receive a verification code works. If the number runs on the WhatsApp Business app, Coexistence lets you keep using the app on the same number; a few app features — broadcast lists, labels, quick replies, groups and calls on that number — stop working, and QuickWA provides inbox equivalents.

What documents do I need for Meta business verification in Israel? +

Meta asks for official documents that match your legal business name. For a company that is usually the certificate of incorporation from the Israeli Registrar of Companies; for a sole trader, the Osek Murshe or Osek Patur registration from the Israel Tax Authority, with a matching address or phone number. Meta makes the verification decision.

Can I send WhatsApp messages in Hebrew? +

Yes. Meta-approved templates can be written in Hebrew, which displays right-to-left, as well as Arabic, Russian, English and other supported languages. The AI assistant replies in the customer's own language.

Does Israel's spam law apply to WhatsApp marketing? +

Section 30A of the Communications Law covers advertising sent by “electronic message” — a message sent over the internet that can be stored and retrieved — which on its wording fits WhatsApp. It requires prior explicit consent, the word “פרסומת” (advertisement) at the start, and a simple way to refuse, and courts can award up to ₪1,000 per message without proof of damage. This is not legal advice.
