Refund & Cancellation Policy

QuickWA is operated by Satwan LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID: 2026-002092590), with its registered office at 5830 E 2nd St Ste 6511, Casper, WY 82609, United States. This policy explains how subscriptions to QuickWA can be cancelled and when refunds apply.

1. Subscriptions

QuickWA paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or as stated at checkout) through our payment partner. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Billing inside your QuickWA account, or by emailing [email protected].
On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; it does not renew after that.
You keep access to paid features until the period ends.

3. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once it has started.
If you were charged due to a clear billing error or a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund eligible amounts.
Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner within 5–10 business days.

4. WhatsApp / Meta charges

Conversation/messaging charges levied by Meta (WhatsApp) are billed by Meta directly to your WhatsApp Business account and are not controlled or refundable by QuickWA.
