Data Deletion Request

QuickWA is operated by Satwan Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN: U46901RJ2026PTC111671), registered office at Shop No. B-7/C-2, Krishna Enclave-2, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan – 302012. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, and what happens after.
Option A — Delete it yourself in the app
If you have a QuickWA account, you can delete data directly:
- Delete individual contacts/messages — open Contacts or the Inbox and delete the records you want removed.
- Delete your whole account — email us (below) from your registered address asking to close your account; all associated data is then deleted.
Option B — Send us a deletion request

[email protected] from your registered email address (or, if you are an end-user / contact, from any address) with the subject line
“Data Deletion Request”.

Tell us what to delete — your whole account, or a specific phone number / contact. Include the phone number(s) so we can locate the records.

We verify the request (to protect against fraudulent deletions) and confirm by email.

We delete or irreversibly anonymise the relevant personal data within 30 days and confirm completion.
Are you an end-user (contact), not an account holder?
If a business messaged you through QuickWA and you want your data removed, that business is the data controller. You can reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out of their messages, and/or email us at [email protected] and we will forward your request to the relevant business and remove your data from our systems.
What we may retain
We may keep a minimal set of records where required by law, tax, or for fraud/security reasons (for example, invoice records). These are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
