QuickWA, Wati, AiSensy, Interakt and Twilio: compare the bill, not just the headline

A dated, source-linked comparison of WhatsApp platform subscriptions, message charges and add-ons, with clear limits on what the prices prove.

A WhatsApp pricing page can look inexpensive until the second agent needs access, a chatbot becomes an add-on or usage appears on a separate invoice. The useful comparison is the cost of your actual workflow. It is not a contest between the smallest numbers on five landing pages.

Checked 2 October 2026. This is a comparison published by QuickWA about selected providers, not an independent review or a survey of every provider worldwide. Listed currencies are preserved; no exchange-rate conversion is used to manufacture a winner. Offers and taxes can change.

What the public pages actually show

ProviderObserved public priceWhat to check before buying
QuickWAPlans start at $5/monthNo free WhatsApp plan. Feature access and quotas vary; full prices are in dashboard Billing. No QuickWA markup on Meta messaging fees.
AiSensyBasic INR 1,500/month; Pro INR 3,200/monthThe monthly view also lists a Free Forever tier. AI agent and chatbot-flow add-ons are charged separately. Check usage rates and included agents. Official pricing.
InteraktGrowth INR 2,799/month; Advanced INR 3,799/month, plus taxesThe monthly Starter INR 999 tier shown during review is Instagram-only, not a like-for-like WhatsApp option. Growth includes WhatsApp and Instagram. Official pricing.
WatiConfirm current local subscription quoteIts page lists Growth, Pro and Business, message charges under a Wati rate card and additional-seat costs. We did not verify a reliable monthly base amount for our review context, so no number is guessed. Official pricing.
Twilio$0.005 per inbound or outbound WhatsApp message, plus applicable Meta feesAn API usage price, not the price of an equivalent ready-made support workspace. Include engineering, inbox software and other chosen services. Official pricing.
DoubleTickCheck current plan and billing termObtain the exact quote for your agents, features and message charges. No unverified amount or feature-parity claim is assigned. Official pricing.

Give each provider the same workload

Prepare a one-page brief: how many people reply, which customer markets you serve, what messages you expect to send and whether you need calling, AI, store integration or managed setup. Ask each provider to price that brief, including the next likely upgrade.

Compare monthly billing with monthly billing. An annual equivalent is not the same commitment as one month, and a quarterly price is not a monthly fee. Ask what happens when you exceed a quota, add an agent or cancel renewal.

Keep message charges on their own line

A software subscription and a message handling fee pay for different things. Twilio's published handling fee illustrates that distinction. Wati publishes its own rate-card basis. That does not make either service unsuitable; it means those rows belong in your calculation.

Meta maintains its own message pricing. For any quote, ask which charges come from Meta and which come from the provider. Do not assume that two identical category names produce identical invoices.

Where QuickWA fits

QuickWA offers a low starting subscription and a broad feature suite: team inbox, campaigns, calling, pipeline, journeys, AI, commerce and APIs, subject to the chosen plan. Eligible plans also include one USA virtual number while subscribed. Meta and AI usage remain separate. Those are concrete reasons to shortlist it.

They do not establish that QuickWA is universally the cheapest, that the entry plan includes everything or that every competitor has a markup. Open dashboard Billing for the actual QuickWA plan that matches your brief. The best value is the option that covers your work with a bill you understand.

Questions that come up

Is this a like-for-like price ranking?
No. It is a dated comparison of public pricing structures. Currencies, features, quotas, billing terms and implementation costs differ.
Why is Wati not assigned a monthly base price?
A reliable local monthly base amount was not verified in the review context. The article links its official page instead of guessing.
Does QuickWA claim to be cheaper than every provider?
No. QuickWA advertises plans starting at $5/month. Compare the complete cost of the appropriate plan and workload.
